On my last production in New York City, I created a 2-minute video segment with Stephan Dalyai for Mercato, a unique online grocery marketplace based in New York City.

We shot a few different authentic artisans from Pastry Chefs to Cheese Makers. The one in this video (below) was shot at Pasticceria Rocco (locations in Greenwich Village and Brooklyn), where the best Sicilian Cannolis and pastries are made.

It was fantastic to see the passion and “savoir-faire” of these talented chefs sharing the culinary tradition from one generation to the next.
